Elisa Pogliano has been Sr Director, Digital Marketing, eCommerce & Media for Mattel Europe for 7 years, from 2015 to 2022, after working for Procter&Gamble for 10 years.
After spending 17 years in London, working in the corporate world, in 2022 she moved to the province of Brindisi, where she has founded and manages Hen’s Milk Consulting, offering boutique consulting services in eCommerce & Digital Marketing with a focus on transformation & capability building. With Hen’s Milk she has worked for General Mills, Michelin, Mattel, Glanbia and other Consumer Goods & Retail companies.
She has also founded the Puglia International community, with nearly 500 members on WhatsApp. Puglia International is a not-for-profit project which aims at promoting the development of an open, active and well-integrated international community in Puglia.
