The Chair of Private Law of prof. Nicola Cipriani will host, in the last week of November, Prof. Ágnes Juhász, in service at the Department of Civil Law of the University of Miskolc, to start a period as Visiting Professor at Lum Giuseppe Degennaro.
On Tuesday 30 November and Wednesday 1st December, Prof. Ágnes Juhász will hold two seminars on the following theme: The treatment of changes in circumstances in contract law.
The seminars are open to all students of the Department of Legal and Business Sciences, to PhD students of the International Doctorate in General Theory of Process and to interested scholars.
